Jacksonville Green – Passive House
Passive House and LEED Platinum for new construction. LEED Gold for existing structure. Jacksonville Green is the historic renovation of three factory buildings into 45 residential units and a new construction 40 unit building. The apartments in the old factory will have lofted spaces and exposed structure expressing the history of the building.
