Northern Liberties Warehouse
Our firm was asked to develop a scheme for a residential conversion of an existing four story warehouse in Northern Liberties. We designed a glass enclosed extension containing the circulation leading to the units. The building turns inward to a courtyard similar to European courtyard buildings.
Hatboro Beverage
Our firm was asked to design a new façade and a better organized and brighter interior for Hatboro Beverage, a beer distributor. The design approach was to build a screen, creating a generous and organized entry area incorporating a keg storage and pick up room. On the interior a large skylight was planned above the register to showcase the exposed trusses and to illuminate the space.
Springdale Modules
Our firm was approached to investigate the viability of a potential project in Hatboro, PA. We were playing with the concept of prefabricated units and how to group them together to create an efficient but also interesting building.
