The Armstrong Lofts building is a 30 unit modular apartment building made up of one, two, and three- bedroom apartments that sits atop an existing one story warehouse which will house parking for the tenants.

The existing structure is reinforced by a new steel structure and is the setting point for the prefabricated modules. The prefabrication took place in a PA factory and was shipped complete with most finishes including kitchens and bathrooms to the site. The setting and assembly of the modules took place in a few days.
